Right?! And sometimes I wish I had KZbin in high school... 🤷

I did not realize that one should start on what's easiest, but it makes sense due to the reasons you gave. Momentum is important in many things, and one does not gain momentum by getting bogged down on minutia of the hardest topics.

Exactly! When I'm teaching SAT/ACT, I always tell kids to start with what's easiest. Once you solve that problem, you're better primed for something harder.

My senior in HS is cramming for exams right now. I made him watch thsi with me. Thank you!

Yes!! Thanks for making him watch, most of my students are juniors or seniors and they usually have to cram because of how many classes they have and how quickly information is tested.

Much better than my usual way of sleeping on the book the night before and hoping to absorb by osmosis ;) Loved the tips!

I remember cramming for exams in college and it was never good. Stressful and not real learning, not enough retention.
@SharpCookie4 жыл бұрын
Yes I hear you!! I would forget everything I had crammed for a couple days later because it was never in my long term memory. I learned much more once I started working because I was repeating the same tasks many times.

I always try and write my notes up as I go along and then it's not so much to revise before the exam lol :D
