Hi Hannah, In my opinion this is one of the best Inner Thigh workouts I've ever done and believe me I've done many. Thanks for the burn this is now one of my regulars.

Hi Bella! Thanks for reaching, and yes it can be challenging to learn this sometime. One way to learn this is laying down flat on your back and put your knees at 90 degrees like you're going to do a sit-up, then place a ball or some sort of semi-soft object between your leg (no bigger than 15-20 cm wide) and squeeze it. Do this 5-10 days, then try again the next day. Each time just pay attention to body and see how it feels. In a day to a week or so you'll probably be able to feel your inner thighs. Same muscles we activate during our Pilates workout!
