Hi steve, been following your channel since 2013 and got hooked up since then. I stopped working out 2016 due to gastritis but now i am back! Its almost a month since i got back hitting the gym almost everyday. You were the 1st thing that got in my head since im focusing on triceps. You only had 200k subs back then but now, WOW! You got 1.1M subs. More power to you brother! Love your videos man! Greetings from Philippines 🇵🇭 💪🏻

I really appreciate the help you guys are providing us. Please do each body part like you did in this video, so people following the program can get and understand more about the exercises and body parts. I am saying this because many are beginners and in gym even trainers don't guide properly. It happened to me on this Monday, first week, first workout of lane program, the trainer was reluctant to guide the new program which was not theirs. I have joined the Gym just 2 months ago before that I was doing normal push-ups and sit-ups. I have beginning following you and Ryan Terry for around 5-6 years so I all exercise and proper way but I asked him to guide for form and correctness but he guided way different than you guys do. So its a humble request please guide us a little more.
