Really dig the concept. Wondering how it would fair in a utility trailer. If they're meant to go in a truck bed I would assume it would be the same. Would still have anchors/tie downs mounted through a trailers flooring for extra security. Can never be too safe!

Would those trim pieces work if you put them in the middle of the seam of the two larger panels instead of lining it up on the end of one

Looks very nice. I’ll be waiting for the pw hose reel bc I’m in need of one of those. I got one through Alibaba but so big n heavy and bc I rolled the hose in wrongly I damage the spring. :( I just bought the Kobrajet blue smooth jacket 50’ hope it fits on that reel you have. Ty Josh.

Awesome Video, they were super cool. When are you doing a studio/garage tour, your home is beautiful. PS what are the side compartments on your truck used for?

Sir! I just purchased the vacmaster 3 in 1. This one is a 6 gallon. Has everything your original video has accessories wise. Except! The small extractor is more like the Bissell extractor. Smaller stuff agitator brush not made of that recycled garbage can plastic like the original and the Hart. And it has a 1.5 gallon reservoir I think the others were 1 gallon can't remember off the top. And it's set up is more like the Hart. It's on Amazon for 135 currently I got it in yesterday. Thought it'd make good content.

Are there screw holes in the big tiles? The bow will be gone once you screw down the end pieces won't it?

@@imjoshv nice. These remind me of Tool Grid for tool boxes. Do the big tiles have holes to run screws down the through? Do the attachments just lock in or are like a pressure fit?

Is there a reason why you didn't use the Uberflex hose on your hose reel in your van?
@imjoshv9 ай бұрын
That hose reel comes with that hose and the company makes all the components. I still might switch to an uberflex but the hose it comes with is very industrial

"X" sockets should have a fine hole in the center to drain any captured water. This is kind of a deal breaker for me.

Hey Josh! How are these holding up? Just bought a truck to start detailing out of and keep miles off my gti and am thinking about these! Thanks for the vid
@zachf62569 ай бұрын
Awesome Josh. Looks like a very practical solution that will help ensure everything stays where it should. I’m assuming that your washer is gravity fed? With the additional weight in the back do you have an “add a leaf” leaf spring? For myself, I don’t however I don’t carry nearly as much in my truck bed. I did however install Timbren SES bump stops and they helped tremendously for when I am loaded down. I looked at Firestone ride height airbags but wanted the maintenance free option. Have a great evening
@imjoshv9 ай бұрын
Yes I actually have an airbag system on my truck. I used to use a smaller truck with that same tank and never added anything. It had a little sag but not bad. I think since it’s pushed up against the cab end it’s not so bad

where you need space on the slides, instead of cutting, what if you just used a whole square and just clicked them in 3 rows over? seems all you needed were 3 X rows on each side? can you offset the way they click in? JM2Cents
@imjoshv9 ай бұрын
I guess i could have, but i think its actually designed to fit between the wheel arches so I wanted to do it that way. And i wanted to test cutting them to see if that was an option. Good idea though!!!

@imjoshv Not sure if you have seen it or not, wallmart now has those rolls of microfiber in 15.5x15.5 size now. Also a 100 pack for $24. Just an FYI if you weren't aware.

Won’t water collect in the holes and start to stink? I might have missed that it has drain holes.
@imjoshv9 ай бұрын
no drain holes so yea that could happen. I dont expect alot of water getting in there though since all my hoses and everything are sealed. If any dopes, a quick vacuum should take care of it!

Hi I am new your channel and just subscribed. I saw an older video comparing little pressure washers and decided to buy on your recommendation the Ryobi 1600 electric. My Home Depot only had the 1800 for 99.00. Is this a new model and better? Or should I go with the 1600 which for me is only available on Amazon. BTW both of them are quite a bit more expensive on Amazon. The 1600 is 169.00 and oddly enough the 1800 is about 20 bucks cheaper. Thanks. Really enjoy your vids on car detailing !!

The 1800 is the same as the 1600, ryobi discontinued the 1600

Still love it! Water or debris does get trapped in the little attachment holes but that’s not a big deal for me since I have a shell on my truck. For the super heavy items, then can cause the anchors to pop out so I actually epoxied them in so they don’t budge!
@KennyAustin19 ай бұрын
Oh man, those strips should fit correctly. There was a batch that was just a fraction of a mm longer so they fit individually when testing but when lined up like you did, they get off-center from the notches. Total mistake. Got it fixed. Anyone who has this issue should reach out via email, social, or call and they'll get swapped right out for free. P.S. The mold for the strips is getting textured right now. (I work with Tmat)
