Best way to clean a dirty throttle body on your engine. If your engine stalls and wont rev cleaning the throttle body could be an easy fix to get you back on the road. Carbon buildup can cause you throttle body to get stuck and not work properly. Dirty throttle body symptoms can cause your car to stall and your engine not to run properly. I will show you the best way to clean your throttle body using a tooth brush and nylon pipe cleaning brushes with throttle body cleaning spray. Cleaning the throttle body on my SR20det engine made a big difference in the way my engine idles and revs. Make sure to replace the gasket if you remove your throttle body to ensure there are no leaks!

I really get a bang out of seeing this high quality videography right here in our own neighborhood. Good job man! Yes, cleaning out the ITB's on your GTR would be a good maintenance idea. There are 6 individual throttle bodies to clean. I would refer to the factory service manual. That is a big job and lots of work to remove everything behind the intake manifold. Good luck 🤞

What intercooler were you running on your Silvia?

It's a Greddy LS intercooler kit. The intercooler piping off of the turbo is from the original TDO6 turbo kit/front mount intercooler kit. I had a slightly modify the LS intercooler piping to work with it but it all matches right up.

My 92 240sx twin cam 16valve motor spudders when in drive and I'm at a stop but not in neutral, should I try cleaning the throttle first?

Clean the throttle plate for sure. I would spray out the MAF with maf cleaner spray and also adjust the idle air control valve. Also check the tps voltage to make sure its adjusted correctly.
