Great video. I have the same grill. Just got it for Christmas. Live in Michigan, so its cold. I wondered if your grill likes to throw a code error. Says it's out of pellets when it isn't. It mainly does it on low settings

What internal temperature you brought it to? How long it took until all done

I smoked this until it was at 145 degrees internal which took about 3.5 hours. Thanks for watching!
