Thanks!! Go get you one its just too easy. Just remember to pull it off between 140 to 145 internal temp and it'll come out perfect!!

Good stuff Mike. I like it. I’ll be doing one of these soon myself. I learned the hard way a long time ago I better pull that sucker off early or it’ll be dry and tough!

I did a full pork loin about a month ago as a test, my first one, at 145 deg's pull time and let me say this. You are not lying when it comes to the juiciness. Anybody that watches this video he knows what he's talking about. My pork loin's juices were running all over the cutting board. One easy thing to remember from this video...PULL IT AT 145 degrees if not a degree or two sooner and you will NOT be disappointed. Awesome looking pork loin! I really like that cutting board as well.
