do the acids kill the parasites? I know there weren't any visible parasites, but what are the chances of the fish being infected with parasite eggs without adult worms yet?

i can definitely see a business in this if you guys ever think about going into this. Imagine it: -you create your own charter -people board your boat to catch fish like any other charter -but you create dynamite dishes like this with the catches they made I can imagine people booking spots on your boat just to be in your chef presence. Fully booked for months.

What a great day out by Catalina! I've been in the bay area for about 40 years now, but I grew up in LA, so I know what you mean about the nice weather down there. That part I really miss sometimes although I prefer the mild climate of the bay area over all. Every video you make really delivers Taku. I loved seeing Jocelyn land that yellowtail like a pro! You have a real keeper there Taku and I don't mean the fish. Great to see cool guys shoot you an invite too. Can't wait for your next vid!

Taku!! Welcome to the LA/OC area! I fished Catalina & San Diego stuff my whole life. You will get your Yellowtail next time just use light line 15-20lb. test and a small hook. Make sure you feed your livebait line, the farther away it is from the boat the better you will get bit. Hope this helps! - Chi from OC (714)

I would really like to see you catch, fillet and cook a pike; the filleting part especially. Maybe a new part of your catch and cooks could be showing us how to process fish with tricky bones/bone structures that would make the fish otherwise unappealing for most people? If you’ve already done this, I apologize for bugging you about it. I’ll take a deep dive through you’re channel and see if you’ve already done the pike.
