As a student who has been forced to take classes remotely right now due to COVID, I can honestly say this video is such a lifesaver! I have to spend many hours hunched over my desk working, and my shoulders and entire back were really starting to suffer. But literally after doing the first foam rolling exercise on my upper back, I cracked like a GLOW STICK and felt instant relief! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It’s soooooo good, isn’t it? 👍 I got that wicked first crack in the library during undergrad when I twisted and stretched to reach for a book on the table behind me. Echoed like a gunshot amid the silence, with no warning at all. 😳 Just discovered foam rollers this week, and things are poppin’ around here now. I also found that if I “tuck” the roller under the base of my skull while lying on my back and take some slow deep breaths it releases tension all the way over the top of my head to my forehead. Also helpful after a long day at the computer. Good luck with your studies! ✌️

For years my right gluteus has been sore and now I have lower back pain it seems worse so I tried rolling on it with my roller and now I know to do this more often to break up the tissue in there. And man talk about pain but it's worth it. I'm doing squats and deadlifts and probably my right side is weaker than my left which is probably causing me my back pain on the right lower side so used a foot roller with towel wrapped around it under my lower back and rolled where the pain laying on it and seems to have helped relieve it so doing better. Thank you for your get expertise.

My breast have grown from G75 to maybe J/K 80 ( this is EU size) and I didn’t have the time or money to get the right size. So I was forced to wear my old size and yesterday my back just got to the breaking point and I was screaming from pain. So I tried every possible thing to do and after doing this the pain has downsized tremendously. I will do this tomorrow and hope that the pain will go away after that. I think the hardest part will be to learn these exercises. You're doing a lot of things. I might add that I cannot easily touch my head, shoulders, thoracic region, and hips to the floor at the same time. Two days ago it took a minute and considerable pain to do it. (pain getting up after the exercise, too.).Yesterday, I could do it faster, and there was less pain.Today, I'm expecting to do better in both regards. That's the beauty of it. You can see and feel visible progress. Incidentally, I'm finally doing these exercises, and more, because of hunched shoulders and a bulging disc. (Sun Jun 19, 2022)

Great video. Maybe add more modifications for those with less stability and mobility (e.g. for glutes extend leg on working side onto floor if you cannot cross foot over knee). Ending with a 60 second T-stretch: roller along spine, arms extended on floor, perpendicular to spine, would be a lovely way to finish this video.
