I have failed so many times trying to make gf bread. Yours looked amazing and I had all the ingredients. I have found a go-to gf bread!!! It's wonderful🥰. You make this look sooo easy and approachable even for those of us who don't bake bread for a living! I am celiac as well as carb sensitive /insulin resistant. I would love an occasional whole grain bread option that is not frozen from the market. For now I have resorted to a 90 second almond flour bread (excellent flavor and super easy) which functions as bread but doesn't recreate the experience of bread for me.
