Welcome back for an easy whole roasted chicken recipe. Roasting a whole chicken with herbs & spices is not as difficult as it seems. Check out this video for one of my herb roasted chicken recipes as I break it down step by step and make it easy for you to follow. I used a 6 lb fowl for this recipe. You can get a whole roaster chicken that’s typically around 3-5 lbs and still use it for this recipe, my only suggestion would be to scale the herbs back a little and it may take around 2 hrs to roast a chicken of that size. All purpose seasoning, dry jerk seasoning, wet jerk seasoning (I used walkerswood), onion powder, gingery mango sauce (I use Pickapeppa), onion, thyme, Garlic Herb Marinade (I picked it up from Whole Foods), Oregano, Herbs de Provence, and Garlic & Parsely seasoning (by Badia)
