I'd really recommend replacing the crescent wrench with a Knipex pliers-wrench. Not only will it likely hold nuts better in most situations you can use them for a lot of things that a regular crescent can't.

I would recommend adding some bailing wire and JB Weld and replacing the plastic zip ties, with Stainless Steel zip ties. Another really nice thing to have, is self fusing Silicone tape; its very handy for sealing hoses or as a replacement for electrical tape and duct tape. They also make WD-40 in very small cans now days and its very handy to have when you need it. For other stuff that I would permanently keeping in a truck, that's supposed to be taken on road trips and off road, is at least a gallon of water(if not more) and make sure its safe to drink. You will never know if you will be using that water to top off your radiator or drinking it yourself, if you get stranded somewhere while traveling or stuck off-road. Speaking of being stranded somewhere... Pack a Dopp kit and add some TP; if you are lucky, you will never need it but if you do, its worth its weight in gold. A small, fordable shovel is also nice to have, along with cordage and off-road recovery gear(which is an entire list in and of itself).

I have a F150 with the 5.4l. They have amongst other issues a problem with coils so I have a spare coil plus the ratchet, socket, and extension required if one goes out. What I would say is I’d get rid of the crescent. Sure it has a wider range of sizes in one tool, but it also requires the most room to operate. If you had a 1/4” drive set of sockets and a 1/4” Allen key you could essentially have a socket set without the ratchet.

Solid kit. Obviously with the new truck, you're not carrying major tools to repair the truck... just for a minor adjustment. The kit is more for just Macgyver on the fly issues. A couple things I have in mine that I would throw out there, some of which others have already tossed out there, that won't eat much room in the already full bag. Extendable magnet, couple shackles or quick links, compression strap, and I always find a way to stow a small roll-up of toilet paper in any bag I make. It is stupid, but beats sacrificing the sock... and makes great instant tender that will catch a spark.
