The French Cuisine is absolutely the best in the world (as far as my choice is concerned). I experienced nothing but the absolute best and visited Cote D'Azur a number of times including Monaco. The documentary is brilliant, the menu by Chef Garcia simply exquisite. It is also a very kind gesture of Prince Albert, Princess Charlene and their guests to applaud their appreciation of the culinary efforts by Chef Garcia and his team. I so much wish I could visit this part of the world again - simply adore the South of France

Absolutely LOVED everything about this documentary..the soothing voice of the narrator is the icing on the cake. The Chef and his team are exceptionally professional. The teamwork is on-point and that adrenaline was so high my tummy was knotting like I was in there. Well done. The ATTENTION TO DETAIL is mind-blowing. I am OCD and can totally relate to 'exactly 4.72 inches apart'. I have learnt, the rich eat simply made organic stuff - steam, sauteed - nothing fried anywhere! In other news, that Prince is so handsome and he chose an elegant wife. Great couple.
