The cheese is okay Sonny! Vegetarianism in India is largely NOT VEGAN, and traditionally includes dairy in various forms, and as a key staple. The only time a cheese is not vegetarian is if it is made with animal rennet, which most European cheeses have been traditionally made using. Now of course we have similar rennet-type enzymes that can be produced by microbes, and even extracted from plants, so plenty of our commercial cheeses, including some of the traditional old productions out of Europe, can be fully vegetarian, but it needs to be explicitly labeled or specified in the ingredients, which is not always the case. Anyway, that cheese in India is, I bet, made with the non-animal hardening enzymes, or "vegetarian rennet", "microbial rennet", etc... I know this is not news to you, or to many people, but I heard the cheese comment during that Ladu-burger segment, and just felt like chiming in. MUSH LOVE🍄and may everyone discover a more vegetarian future, with unexpected satisfaction, excitement, and no regrets at cessation of animal-eating.

I notice that you mix the terms coriander and cilantro in your vids. Why is this? We who speak real English, know that they are one and the same and, to prevent brain fatigue, use the term coriander for both the seed and the leaf. However, in Mickey Mouse English, they use the term cilantro to refer to the leaves and coriander for the seeds. Why do you not always follow this tradition? Not asking for a friend.
