Same! I just had a flight from Minnesota to Florida and both on the way to Florida and back to Minnesota they said we’re expecting a pretty bumpy flight. Needless to say I freaked lol

We have been in an essential outings only lock down and our covid numbers have gone down 40%. Still amazed that the US is the only country who is not serious about essential travel only. Coming down on September but only if US numbers go down.

US numbers are down. But I get what you mean. The thing about states mandating their own rules is what makes American lovely but it also has its draw backs like being all on the same page when it comes to pandemic response. But honestly, they are taking all the precautions.

It doesn’t have to be too expensive. I went in 2019 for $415 for a weekend. That included everything , I planned it two weeks ahead from nyc.

All of us who can't travel or aren't allowed to travel because of military restrictions are thankful that you are keeping us all posted about your adventures. It will not only be great to see Walt Disney World but also all of the NEW places for you to find to eat around where you are staying. It is always nice to get recommendations for when we eventually visit FL. The Airbnb tour and how far it is from the park and best places to eat outside of the park. Have fun.

I just flew from LAX to MCO also! Departed LAX at about 11pm on Feb 2 and landed in Orlando at about 6am on Feb 3!

Hey! Good luck you guys!! Ooh, i luv cool fog in the morning... (but not The Mist ala Stephen King). Spencer, i absolutely luv “Airplane!”...and that classic line about Leon! And that was a throw away scene that wasn’t part of the story! -lots of those but it all made the movie a classic. Enjoy your time in Florida (however long it turns out to be). Katie, you’re getting to be a jetsetter! You can manage your “nervousness” about flying-the secret is everyone of your co-passengers is nervous too just that they’re pretty good at suppresing it.
