Younger Seinfeld was on constant offensive to try and stay ahead which kind of worked but didn't allow for the full comedy to brew. Older Seinfeld was more mellow and it was funnier.

My teenage son does it to me daily and I appreciate it cause it keeps me from taking life too seriously. I would like to understand the logic behind the rudeness cause otherwise it appears like you were trolling and being a dick towards someone you probably find unattractive or I remind you of someone you strongly dislike.
