I liked the idea of Daylight Praire being in constant daylight ngl, since it's also in the name- Like- Daylight praire is always in daytime, Hidden Forest is always in rainy atmosphere, Valley is always under an orange-y sunset color, and Wasteland is polluted. They all have their set atmosphere, and I think it's cooler that way/gen

Its nice, but for newbies daylight changes make navigation in caves harder. One of the uplifting things about the Prairie realm is the fresh and warm feeling of the consistent sunny daylight. I have never cared much for the sunset colours at turtle time - the colour pallete is much too orange. The devs should look at Tuscany and renaissance painting sunsets for inspiration and reference... rural sunset colours, which include rich turquoise, emerald greens and golden yellows rather than just slap on an red/orange filter - to me the red sea and sky looks a bit apocalytic.

Speaking of caves, the caves don’t feel like caves at all, I think it would be really cool if the sounds in caves echoed more and had dripping sounds from stalactites, that would be very cool

I think people are far too caught up in the realm name being literal, the general point of daylight prairie is that it's calm, cheerful, filled with life, and peaceful. While obviously having bright sunny days plays into that, I don't think having a day/night cycle takes away from it nearly as much as some people are claiming (Not to mention the turtle event having sunset in sanctuary and prairie peaks already having a full day/night cycle). It's also important to note that it doesn't change the entirety of daylight prairie, nor the main path, it only affects two side areas on a branching path.

I kinda don’t like this change :c it’s supposed to be daylight prairie, not sunset prairie or whatever😭 I feel like this goes against tgc’s original idea of all the realms, how each one represents a different stage of life based on the lighting

I agree, but I don't think it goes against the original idea. It definitely goes against the name, but I think the realms represent stages in life through the mechanics and objectives. Not that the lighting is NOT important but it's definitely not the main part. Prairie is still all about brightness and joy and exploring and frolicking (youth) even if there's a day/night cycle now. Now if they decided to add monsters that come out at night or some sad and dark narrative about it, THEN it DEFINITELY goes against what it's supposed to be. *I am still not sure if I really like this change but I think it's important to mention this

I will admit it’s quite pretty, but slightly ruins the “daylight” in daylight prairie. If they do this with the rest of the realm they’d probably have to rename it because it’s no longer permanent daylight, not counting the turtle event (aka sunset) which is much to red/orange for my taste, anyway it is very nice although I’m kinda against it being in daylight prairie due to its name.

Ooooooh thats why birds nest crashes in beta. I hadnt seen the day cycle but did crash going there myself so was confused 😂 i kinda like the day cycle in realm though. Gives a new feel to it

I also always crash in the area. Just timing entering there that the daylight thingy hasn't happened yet. That helped me successfully enter. 😅

I love the idea of more lighting cycles in these areas. I wish they’d also add the night time for the Nine Color Deer area (like it looked in Days of Moonlight) into a permanent rotation, as well as the storms from Days of Nature in Prairie Peaks/Moments area. I’ve also kind of dreamed of seeing some soft moonlight over the Flight spirits’ islands and the tunnels in the Wind Paths, although I love the lighting there as it is too, so I wouldn’t want it to stay night for too long. But still, I bet it’d be beautiful under a moon and stars.

I loved days of moonlight! It was so beautiful. I just wished I took more pictures there. Same with days of bloom. Bloom was the thunderstorm cycle. Days of nature was the dam. But yeah days of bloom was beautiful as it transformed prairie peaks!

Would be kinda strange cause of the name daylight prairie and it's sunset or night but ummm yea 😅. I would like if the sunset is a bit softer at the color palette cause navigating in sanctuary island in the caves is ard and everything looks red even the crabs😂 they are walking tomatoes 😂 and the water is also super red, its cherry juice 😅
