UR SO RIGHT, BUT I’ve NEVER seen ANY artist perform the SAME song the SAME WAY more than once - not just Beth. (I’m going on 70 yrs old now and have both watched a LOT of concert videos and been to many live ones too in my more recent years. For example, I went to see Elton John’s ‘Farewell’ concert twice in ‘22, and he played the EXACT same songs very differently in each of them.) *** This was one great duet imo - 👍 to both Beth AND Eric Gales, along w/ the background musicians!

That was one of the most memorable nights of my life. I was just dreaming to see Beth Hart live until last year when I found out about Brezoi Blues Festival, organized in Romania, my country. So close to me that I could not believe it, but only this year I could be present. When I saw Beth I cried for almost two songs, I could not stop ... I remember asking myself „Will I cry her whole performance, what is happening to me, is it just a human being, like me, why am I so moved and got so emotional?” I found the answer in a second. You were there for me in a lot of moments. With your strength, sincerity and power. You explained through your songs a lot of my feelings. You were powerful to expose your weaknesses, your beliefs, your anger and beauty, your sadness and happiness that I almost identified myself with your spirit. You empowered me! And I was crying for seeing there, on the stage, the woman singing about so much of me. And being surrounded by people who felt the same! Thank you SO MUCH! I have to come to a lot more performances of you, in order for me to not be so euphoric and lost in your presence. And this moment! Waw!! When you announced that Eric will come on the stage again, with you, it was amazing! And continues to be so for ....ever! :) Thank you! For every moment when you choose to continue, to fight, to be our friend, inspiration, performer! To open your soul and to share with your spirit! To choose you and us and love! I think I`m gonna start crying again...

Wow... I am by now just about out of superlatives for Beth's performances, there is really no one to touch her, and I feel immensely lucky to have seen her several times in England. This is another colossal performance by her. I now feel though like I did when I first discovered her videos with Joe Bonamassa.. I have to find out more.. this time about Eric Gales.
