I also respect her when Bethenny says an expensive product is worth the investment. I don't really wanna spend $300 on a foundation but I did treat myself to the $50 Chanel pressed powder compact. It is worth the hype. I combine it wth my W&W and L'Oreal face products and feel like a Queen....plus my skin looks FABULOUS!!

Unless it's better than the last time I used it, I go for L'Oreal Invisible Lift with hyaluronic acid and I've stuck with that for ten yrs, at least. But Wet 'n Wild had a tube concealer that was like theatrical makeup. That stuff was great! L'Oreal is dewy, creamy, hydrating, anything goes over it and stays on, it looks great in pics. It just gives a beautiful finish.

Not that I'd want to spend a fortune on any product, but maybe you need to try it for a full day or at least a 5-hour event to see how they each wear. Right after application, I'd say they all look good. It's the time test that matters (to me).

To me the best coverage is Merle Norman Total Finish will last 12 hrs if needed. While more than this product at about $25 I will never use anything else. Even if you have bad skin it will make it look beautiful.

Im in the UK, and until recently it was pretty hard to find wet n wild products..every time i come to see my friend in Chicago, i buy tons of their stuff! Seems like a couple of big chains here have finally started selling it here now! Im lucky enough to have a friend who works in the industry, for very high end products, and she's passed many on to me...and im frequently suprised how often my own cheap versions are as good or even better! Thanks Bethany for a great endorsment! Means more when its from someone who can afford the highest end stuff, but not too proud to recommend something at a price that most of us can actually afford!

You inspired me to make my own foundation that works better for me, Egyptian Magic (I bought after your tip) and Laura Gellar Baked Brighten (again you) when mixed together it is a lot like Jones Road Magic Balm, only better color and cover of discoloration. My 49 yr old skin is so dry after full hysterectomy and adrenal gland exhaustion. It is like as a young teen in the late 80’s I would make my own lipstick and blush from Vaseline and eyeshadow lol.

I picked up a W&W Photofocus Foundation Matte on an 'end of season' area for $1.00. Absolutely love it. Not drying. Buildable. Beautiful. Nicole Johnson, an influencer, who was (IS!) a supermodel compared this to a Chanel foundation. I sure can't afford those prices, but this is worth alot more than it's priced for. Definitely will buy again.

I would never buy the CPD but it was given to me and I genuinely loved it. I have normal/oily skin but it gave a glassy reflective finish I loved. It did not give much coverage, but I liked the feel and I liked the finish. I am also a professional makeup artist. I would never use it my kit but I personally loved wearing it.

I only use tinted moisturizer or tinted serum. I'm over 60 and foundation tends to look too thick and settles into fine lines and wrinkles.😖 The first one you put on looked good. It was funny when you got a little in your hair, you clicked off, and come back with an antenna headband. You are so adorable.

I like Wet N’ Wild matt lipsticks much better than Charlotte Tilbury’s. They wear much better and feel more moisturizing to me. They look better, too.
