G'day from Australia 🇦🇺. Now that's a bloody good looking burger and sauce. A tip for you here to make the well in the meat. Using a small glass that has a wet bottom, press gently into the centre of the meat pattie to form the well. No need to try being a bricky with this method. Great demo, keep up the good work. 👍🤤

I’ve never even been to Minnesota but have watched plenty of KZbin videos about the Jucy Lucy. I feel like I’m kind of a Matt’s Bar kind of guy so have to struggle with this. I hear Casper and Runyon’s Nook does a great version of the Lucy and any other burger you could want.
@johndavidson9402 жыл бұрын
Matts is the classic - American Cheese only. Maybe pickles, onion, mustard as extras. But American Cheese is the only option. 5-8 club has varieties, like the Saucy Sally replicated in this video. Plus other varieties. The Nook also has the Classic, plus other varieties that might include Jalapenos stuffed in the burger with the cheese. Blue Door Pub has a Blue Cheese called the Blucy Lucy (imagine that). Crooked Pint and Ale has several varieties too. If you want classic any of these places will not disappoint. If you want variety these other places give you that option. Plus side choices too. Blue Door Pub has Tator Tots that are excellent.

Other than restaurants are VERY hard work and the margins are so slim, it is almost impossible to find good employees, and the fact that Greg's menu would change like every day because he has so many great burgers, it might be fun as a pop-up for a couple of weekends. Also, he wouldn't be able to make videos any more, and that would be sad.
