I really don't think Toyota put a lot of thought into those seats. Makes the back seats completely useless. Inexcusable for 70k

I spent a day driving the new TRD-Pro. It is so nice, comfortable and quiet, you never want to get out of it. The seats should be an option because it leaves no room for anyone in the rear. No one would ever care about the V-6 or complain that it is a 4 cylinder once you drive this, it is so quick and has amazing low-end power. If the price was in the low 50’s, I would get one if I could also have different front seats.

Better watch the (Edmunds review/vid dirt comparison test) on yt before making those remarks, 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro, 2024 Colorado ZR2 (Bison model), and 2024 Ranger Raptor. Let me save you the trouble, the Ranger Raptor SMOKED the Tacoma TRD Pro and the Colorado ZR2 they are not even in the same stratosphere as the RR. At the end of the test the Edmunds reviewer said that the new Tacoma TRD Pro is a (jack of all trades and a Master of None).

I think $55K would be a great number for the TRD-PRO. I would trade my truck in for it at that price.

eh, the 3.0 is a higher strung 2.7 with more boost pressure and with DI only. I don't think it's a good contender for longevity compared to the Taco's hybrid system. Toyota has been building hybrid systems with this battery type (non Lithium) far longer than the EcoBoost lineup has existed

@paulpryor850Ай бұрын
How are they going to get any better? When nobody's buying them! IMHO, it's going to take Toyota a while to improve on the new Tacoma. For the first time, this popular brand is hard to sell. These dealerships might have 2024 Tacomas for a couple years. Like other automakers! The difference is Toyota isn't knocking enough money off like the other manufacturers. Mainly because Toyota doesn't have two or three years of new vehicles on their lot collecting dust. Not yet, but that days coming real soon......

@ur_asian_milfoil I was at the Toyota dealership on December 17th. 50+ Tacomas on the lot! Salespeople twiddling their thumbs. Hell, the service department wasn't even busy. I guess 10,000 mile oil changes for Toyota Care kills business, too. The only reason I was there. Was to negotiate a buyback with my lemon law attorney for my 2024 Tacoma. Before it goes to court mid-Jaunary....

People commenting how much they love their American pickups trucks here will change their spots when they start piling money into them shortly after the warranty is up. I had a 2006 diesel F-250 I loved until it started falling apart after it's crummy 48k mile warranty was up. Very disappointing. Class-action lawsuits etc.
