1:13 the Mercedes Benz C Class had at one point three configurations: Sedan (most common), wagon, and coupe (was called the CLK). Plus, the G wagon has so many configurations that it's difficult to keep track of.

I’ve always wondered why the tailgate is not power assisted like a regular tailgate on a Discovery, they would have to fit some sensors to stop it from bashing into things but it would be a great help for those with disabilities or the elderly.

Great review! I love my 110, but thinking i might move up to the 130…. The overhang looks better in different spec depending on the wheel / tires combo and color of the car. LandRover over uses the black interior. Would like to see more tan interiors…. Harder to find without ordering on your own.

7:42 trespassing is actually legal here in the UK BUT as soon as the landowner/property owner asks you to leave, you must do so otherwise they are allowed to eject you from their property. Also, there tend to not be gravel roads next to people's homes, but there are "Byways" and "Bridleways" which don't go through private property but are unpaved and generally do not receive any road maintenance and therefore are often flooded completely or unpassable due to fallen trees thus making the paths dangerous especially if you drive on byways that are former road alignments such as the old A3 road in Hindhead, Surrey before they moved the unsafe road into a tunnel (Hindhead Tunnel(s)...

You would think they could make the rear door power open and close. That would obviously make it easier. Volume knob that far to the right is for the passenger. The driver should use the steering wheel buttons.

I think the 130 looks good, though the proportions look a little odd. It’s like the extra length makes the SUV look narrower. By comparison the 90’s short length makes it look kind of squat. The 110 is the version that looks “right” to me.

I love new Land Rover designs but I have already read several horror reliability stories and that’s such a let down, I’m known the market for a cayenne/Range Rover sport but I’m not too sure about trusting the RRS.

Do not trust the RR or RRS. My girlfriend had a 2022 Range Rover full size and it left her stranded three times...once i turned off while she was making a left. She;s in a Cayenne now is has been enjoying it for a while. And it was a bit cheaper! lol

Every car can fail on you but from my experience I can tell you that Land Rover/Range Rover isn't as bad as some people tell you. I have owned every generation of Range Rover sport and 2 Defenders and they all have been great. The only issue I had was an air suspension fail in my 2005 sport but that costed me only 1000 bucks to repair so it wasn't that bad. I don't know if you have sat in or have driven the new sport but I can tell you it drives amazing. In my opinion it drives as good as the Bentayga from a friend of mine and he actually thinks the same. A cayenne is of course not bad to but for me the sport is just more luxurious.

There are 6 different configurations you can get the Defender in: 3 door/5 seater 5 door/5 seater 5 door/7 seater 5 door/8 seater LWB (the one in video) 3 door cargo van (europe only) 5 door cargo van (europe only) There is also a hardcore Offroad orientated SVX version coming out too if you want to count that as a separate model. As for the V8 in the 130, there was a test mule 130 with the V8 quad tips, so i wouldn't rule it out just yet.

It isn't the features that come included that make the SUV. It's the size. The Escalade is much larger than this compact, long cross over.

From a tech, features and reliability standpoint, this doesn't beat the Escalade. It gets better MPG because of the hybrid powertrain though. BTW, this 130 would be about the size of the SWB Escalade, not the ESV.

Eh, I'd still buy the Escalade. In fact, I would say that while GM's tend to also have a lot of problems, at least they generally don't cost an arm and a leg to fix like some (or many) Land Rover's do (especially as they age -- for GMs it's more or less just the annoyance of having to have it repaired periodically as it gets older).

Ken filmed so much work at our local ski hills, increasing our tourism and making our town "cool"... We still see many celebrities here because of Ken filming stunts here☺️ I watched his channel weekly. I teared up during his final Hoonicorn run. I teared up when he and Ford finished their deal. Ken inspired me to get into trucks and to go to a rally school in 2016. My husband picked an the F-150 Raptor, over a TRX, because Ken lol. What a legendary era ended.... Ken was the Bruce Lee of driving! Man.....
