I follow your videos all time. Your presentation is simple and to the point and your personality is so likable. You have your ingredients ready to cook already sliced, chopped, etc. Some videos make us watch them do this as we all don't know how dice an onion or slice a tomato. Maybe that's good for some most of us already know how to do these things and have done so a thousand times.

Just made it. Tasted delicious. During the frying of the rice it started to become sticky but after I pour the sauce mixture it started to brake up. Next time I will add a little sesame oil.. Overall very pleased,

Love your "dancing rice" comment! Describes it perfectly! I usually make the rice the day before and then spread it out on a tray put into the fridge to dry out. I have tried making fried rice with just-cooked rice, but it doesn't "dance" as well ;-)

I must comment that this is the best SFR recipe ever ... EVER !!! But, People, please, put more vegetables in, because it helps the taste. Then, add extra soy sauce where it adds to the flavor.
