It is quite heartening to know that in current times men still have a chance of getting justice against false accusers. It is important to hear both sides of the story and acknowledge that there are certain women who do abuse the laws meant to protect them and play false victims for their own benefit. I hope nobody will have to face the burden of having to face a false accusation of such serious nature where the society, media and even the judiciary will look at you as a criminal before the investigation. But if you do face such a circumstance, stand your ground and fight it out smart.

"falsely" is obviously the operative word here because a counter case means one party will get convicted, especially when two versions are there and the judge goes on preponderance of probabilities

How to proceed if both parties don't have proof? I'm being falsely accused of the said crime. However, there is no proof that the crime happened. It's just her word against mine. It's like this nightmare of mine that it can happen to me and hence I consciously stay away from women. Even contemplated getting a bodycam due to this paranoia

Women don't need proof her words are enough The burden of proof is on you to prove that you didn't commit the offense. It's a tough battle everyone will be against you police, friends, relatives, media etc.

It's really difficult to think through.... I've been watching your videos for a few months now Sir... It's hard for the family that starts the case and starts to file against the other family for extortion..... I tried to collect evidences to ensure that the counterpart is "working" and "in good financial condition" with "good earnings".... the chances are that he will still have to pay her the maintenance, unless until we issues court summons after finding out where exactly she is working.....At first I thought of asking PF account details, will the court ever provide that?

If a girl/woman has decided to lodge a false rape case against you and if she continuously states the same false version in FIR, statement under 161CrPC, statement under 164 CrPC and statement as prosecution witness even with some contradictions, no advocate can save you from conviction.

Actually conviction rate is quite low. Hence conviction is rare instance. Unless it is proved beyond reasonable doubt that accused is guilty chances are less

All the problem exist because of the soft corner while not initiating reverse prosecution despite sufficient provisions,-also missing evidence investigation in complainant pocesession like in tarun tejpal case to get complete picture, as there must be someone misguiding thus conspiracy-consent becoming inducement. I came across a case, wherein a legal notice was received to marry with concocted narration out of guilt or strategy to get some admission after family refused to give green card to. relationship.
