Hello Bettina, i would like to thank you for your video. I had IVF in february 2020. My only J5 embryo was frozen. I was put on hold between february and august because of the covid. Then I had 2 transfer cancellations because my endometrium was too thin (6.4mm and 4.5mm) despite the estrogen treatments. The IVF center not wanting to change the dosages, i decided to change something. I did your exercises every day, i also applied the advice of the book "it starts with the egg" by Rebecca Fett that you had recommended in a comment, and my endometrium finally reached 7.6mm ! I was finally able to have my embryo transfer in november 2020 (one and only J5 embryo in 2 years) and i'm now pregnant with a 24 week old baby girl ! I'm 39 and my last AMH was at 0.56. I hope to be a little message of hope for all those who are deprogrammed by IVF centers and hospitals, subjected to the same ineffective treatments, for those who have failures and who go through moments of despair as i have been. Could be your circulation is being restricted somewhere. Try a few variations- bring a blanket under your hips, or bring yourself away from the wall further, or elevate your upper body. You can also lie on the floor with the legs raised on the couch rather than up the wall.

Firstly I’m not a Dr. (always a good question for them) but I believe it would unusual for aerobic exercise to affect your lining. Higher intensity exercise can be great for increasing circulation as long as you keep in mind not over-stressing the body and balancing it out with lots of rest and good food.

This class if for pre-ovulation so I’d only use this one in the first half of your cycle. Try one of my two week wait classes instead

As often as you can is best. If that’s one per day great, If that’s every other day cause you are busy, that’s fine too. I do have other classes for the different stages of the cycle that you may be interested in.

I lost my baby at 20 weeks in early september. After giving birth I had to have a d&c to remove remnants of my placenta. My first period a month after the birth was quite heavy and then the next one was only 2 days long and I'm worried about my uterus lining after the d&c. Will this yoga help me?

@@kay1364 My periods went back to normal after a couple of months. I started tracking them using an app. My dr told me to wait 3 months to try for another baby. In the end I waited 5 as I wanted to wait for all the test results to come through. I tracked my ovulation and was fortunate to get pregnant pretty quickly. I'm almost 35 weeks pregnant now with my rainbow baby.

With legs up the wall, I get tingly feet pretty quickly. I have low blood pressure and can’t comprehend keeping my legs up the wall for 10 minutes as some have recommended. I think I’d come down to the painful “pins and needles” sensation. I made it almost all the way through the timing of this video. Will it still be profitable if that’s as long as I can do it?

Yes. You might find the more you practise (you your circulation improves) you’ll be able to stay for longer. Just stay for as long as comfortable.

Hi Bettina. I'm a new subscriber and I really feel good after listening to your classes. I've been trying to conceive naturally for over a year now. But i have pcos and that's hindering my chances of conceiving naturally. I've started with a few workouts and diet changes and right now i feel that i should have started then long before. I'm still trying to conceive naturally and that's how I stumbled upon your videos. I'm in my 2 week wait right now. What i want to ask you is, is this yoga enough or am i required to do a few workouts as well? You know, to get rid of my disease? I'm really hoping to conceive soon ❤️ thank you. This is a tough one to answer without knowing you specifically. Yoga and changing your diet is a great place to start. Why not just see where this leads?

Yoga and massage can help increase circulation. I’d also recommend acupuncture and seeing a naturopath to help balance hormones.

My dear God listens if he can listen to me and make me a mother when I'm desperately in need of a child ,he gave me triplets, because refused to let him rest😂 Don't stop talking to him be consistent he listen. Soonest you will smile
