This (2:45 in) already means SO much to me. Turning 40, one failed pregnancy in 5 years of trying with normal labs for my partner and me. Learning the essence and absence of time is so Valuable.

I really appreciated this .... especially when you said how important it is to slow down. My lining isn't thickening up as well as it should for my FET in two weeks so I am hopeful that by doing exercises like this and slowing down some will help me. Thank you so much

I would work on reducing your stress levels and seeing a naturopath who can check your hormone levels and advise how to balance.

Unfortunately it’s not as simple as that. There are a lot of factors that can impact lining. Movement is one piece of the puzzle. Nutrition and lifestyle are others.

You could if it feels good doing this amount of yoga each day. But if it is draining you, the I would recommend doing less. It’s definitely a personal answer. What does the rest of your day look like?

Can I practice this yoga near to my frozen embryo transfer.14th day of my period my endometrium size 4.2.this yoga help me to increase the endometrium size?

Yes right up to transfer and switch to two week wait classes afterwards.

There is no one single thing that will change your egg quality. The book "It starts with the Egg" has some suggestions on what can based on research.

This one is for pre ovulation. Once you finish bleeding until ovulation.

Asad, choose one of my classes for your period instead. We need to rest more when we are menstruating.

Hello, I have been practicing your “how to increase lining” video but have just found this one. I am starting my IVF cycle but have thin lining. My transfer is in 4 weeks time and I am trying to increase lining before. Please can you tell me, which video is better prior to transfer to help thicken my lining? I had 2 miscarriage issues one in 12 weeks another a day after the result. I my reports my chromosome analysis blood test unbalanced robertsonian translocation karyotype with this type of issue can I plan normal pregnancy or do I need to go for IVF treatment? I have 5years son he is absolutely fine.

I’m so sorry for your losses. That’s not something I can advise you on. I’d recommend talking to your doctor. The fact that you already have a healthy son means there should be no reason you can’t again.
