She is terrifyingly great in this series. I went to watch one episode…literally just the first 5 minutes to see if it interested me. It’s not my genre. Aaaand, I watched the whole damn series. The actors, the premise, the insane outdoor shooting…it’s some primal stuff. Definitely captivating.

THAT DRESS!! All she needed was a cape. Marvel/Disney or DC/WB should cast her as a superhero already. Fans of GLOW know she can action!

Yeah, I absolutely loathe wrestling, but I loved GLOW. I just had to stop watching when one of the women badly injured her spine but had to keep performing because I have serious back issues and her portrayal was so accurate that it became anxiety inducing at times. That show was so well acted and directed.

I think we need an action film where Betty Gilpin and Rebecca Ferguson are sisters who visit some righteous retribution on some bad people. I think they'd play off each other fantastically.

I like Betty, she's a wonderful actress. However... I think she was misinformed about the poop-cloud/stye thing... I worked (literally 12 hours a day) with horses (riding, mucking stalls and paddocks) for years and never got a stye or anything from the supposed fecal cloud she was warned about. The dust that's kicked up is another matter, which is why it's good to keep your fingers out of your eyes and keep the areas watered down, but I lived, breathed, ate and slept around horses on ranches and at the racetracks for many years and saw no such problems. Horse manure and urine is less toxic than other animals' stuff too, because they only eat hay and grass, not meat. Transmission of anything is way less likely from horses. I think someone was trying to sound smart, but it was bs.
