In Beyblade, Nile is literally him. He's one of the most powerful bladers to ever exist within the series. Albeit not a Legendary Blader, but certainly number 11 in terms of overall ranking in the series. He and his Beyblade Vulcan Horuseus are the pinnacle of awesomeness.

Yeah I know Kenya technically is the 11th legendary blader but he took over Ryuga’s spot literally and figuratively through L-Drago giving Sagittario ALL of its power making 10 legendary bladers in total at a given time. If you do include Ryuga in that category along with Kenya, yeah I understand where you’re coming from. What I mean is that Nile is right behind all of the legendary bladers with no one else standing in his way. I’m not forgetting anyone else. Nile is the 11th (or 12th if you count all legendary bladers in total throughout the series) most powerful blader in the Metal series. Unlike the grand majority of the cast, Horuseus cancelled out Leone’s King Lion Crushing Fang. Albeit, Pegasus did intervene before hand but Horuseus still did 95% of the work afterwards to cancel it out. No other non-legendary blader can contend with that feat. While there are other bladers like Johannes, Dashian, Masamune, etc that are relative to other legendary bladers, they’ve never done the same level of feats that Nile has. The only one you can make an argument for is Masamune due to his fight with King and Chris, but even then not only did he still lose, but he used everything he had to try and contend with them in battle. Contrast that with Nile who cancelled out King Lion Crushing Fang with no difficulty whatsoever. So yes, Nile is right behind the legendary bladers and IS the most powerful non-legendary bladers within the series. Saying he’s not top 25 is sheer downplay honestly.

But to say he's the strongest non legendary blader is some of the biggest headcanon I ever heard. He cancelled out Leone's special move with the HELP of Gingka (Kyoya's rival) pushing back Leone, the source of the special moves power, heavily weakening it giving Nile the chance to completely cancel it out. At that point it was just a regular Tornado that even Metal Masters Characters can cancel out, not Leone. This is easily comparable to IF Vegeta shot a Final Flash at the Earth and Goku (Vegeta's rival) just came in and grabbed Vegeta in a Rear Naked Choke, knocking the main source of focus OFF, not giving the blast it's proper oomph which would give a character that's a lot weaker like Piccolo to completely cancel it out. But that wouldn't mean Piccolo solely did it by himself. Unless Nile has shown a massive feat standing up to Legendary Bladers in a full on battle like Ryuto (Omega Dragonis), Masamune, Yu, Tsubasa, or even Metal Fury Kenta, all we can say is that he's just stronger than he was in Metal Masters. Nothing more, nothing less.

@@hitrule5722 I'm only telling it how it is. From what the series has displayed with Nile on screen, he is him. This isn't headcanon. This is basing it off of everything he's done since his debut. Did you purposefully not read what I said in my previous reply? I MENTIONED that Gingka had to intervene. The thing here is, Leone's special move wasn't just designated to a "regular tornado" like you proclaim it is. It still is Leone's strongest special move when active and even when interfered with. There was no implication that it was heavily weakened like you proclaim it is. Weakened, yes (due to Gingka having Cosmic Pegasus clash with Fang Leone to ensure Leone loses its focus when generating the tornado). Heavily weakened? No. At the end of the day, it was still Leone's strongest special move that was mostly dispersed through Horuseus using Mystic Zone to dispel it in the first place. 95% of the work was through Nile having to use his Special Move to cancel out Fang Leone's King Lion Crushing Fang. This also makes sense from a training perspective as it showcases how strong Nile has gotten since his debut in Metal Masters. To further my point in this, Metal Masters characters like Dashan used their special move against Johannes resulting in Beat Lynx only being pushed back a little bit. Johannes then catches Beat Lynx and proclaims that he's seen the limits of Dashan's power proclaiming that it isn't of status of a legendary blader. This proves that Johannes doesn't view Dashan in the same league as himself and with the Legendary Bladers. This is the same Johannes that has clashed with many different Legendary Bladers within Fury. Furthermore, we see Dashan and Chi-yun both clash with Gingka and Yuki later in the tag team tournament showing that they are at least relative to both of them (albeit still weaker) making the battle Nile had with Johannes later on that much more impressive. Speaking of which, when he battles Nile, he purposefully chooses him as an opponent. Throughout the battle, we see Johannes is surprised at Nile's strength and blading skills (which Nile acknowledges on Johannes' end). Those two proceed to clash more off-screen. I would like to preface that Horuseus didn't use any of it's techniques that were present in Metal Masters due to that battle only being present for a small amount of time. My best guess is that off-screen, that is when Horuseus did use those techniques and fought back properly. Regardless of all of that, eventually, Nile uses his Special Move Mystic Zone to completely decimate both Johannes and Bao. Albeit, Benkei had Dark Bull push both Beat Lynx and Hades Crown into Mystic Zone to make this happen, but given how far Horuseus traveled in front of those two beyblades, if he traveled a little bit closer towards both of them, he would have been able to knock them both out on his own. Lastly, throughout the entire series, Mystic Zone hasn't been broken once and Nile only has lost one battle throughout all of the different battles he's faced within the series (albeit that loss was only due to him not being able to go full power). In conclusion, Nile is not only stronger than how he was in Metal Masters but also from what I have seen, is right behind the legendary bladers in terms of blading skills and power. I also agree that Masamune, Tsubasa, Yu, and Ryuto are all in that same category as well, but one can argue the rankings from strongest to weakest in terms of blading skills and overall power within their Beyblades in general. Personally, from what I have seen, Nile, Masamune, Tsubasa, and Yu would be the most accurate ranking present.

It's pure implication it was Weakened once Nile took the opportunity to also interfere once Gingka took care of the big dog, otherwise he would've or should've done so sooner if he truly had the power to end Leone's special move by himself. If Leone was being interrupted by its equal Pegasus then yes it was heavily weakened, there's no proper focus for it to be just barely weaker, you just WANT it to be because again, you're scaling from a biased fanboy POV. By your logic, pointing out the battle feats him & Chiyun had against Gingka and Yuki was impressive then calling them relative is you basically claiming Nile is above them and that Gingka is only Johannes' level since you think Dashan wasn't that powerful against Lynx. Make sure you 🫵🏾reread that. He purposely chooses Nile as an opponent simply because Nile is the strongest of the 2 he's with (Benkei & Demure), he wants the best. We both agree that Nile is stronger than he was in Masters (as any other Blader is for that matter), but to say he's the strongest Non Legendary Bladers is outright foolish and lying and copium just because he might (keyword) be your favorite character. Yes he's right behind the other Legendary Bladers in blading skills and power, but, so are Masamune, Kenta, Yu, Tsubasa, and Ryuto (oh and of course Johannes and the other goons he works with).

I think there are more hax in Beyblade than you give it credit for. There are several times where bladers both use and show resistance to reality warping, like when Damian used Hades Gate to warp reality and send Kyoya there, who then resisted it. We see resistance to poison in Ginka’s battle with Regi in Metal Fusion, and resistance to mind manipulation and illusions when he battles Thermal Pisces. Beys like L-Drago have mind manipulating properties as well. But I think where Beyblade truly shines is its soul hax. It’s been stated and shown several times that Beys can attack the spirits of their opponents, like L-Drago absorbing the spirits of those it does battle with. Being able to come back after its spirit was destroyed in Metal Fusion shows possible mid-godly levels of regen.

I’m curious about something. Could any of the big three just kill the bladers themselves and ignore the bey? How does their reaction time scale? I know they command most of what the beys do so they wouldn’t be able to activate their peak attacks at least without their users’ commands. But we also see the users command them mid-battle which implies the bladers have quick reaction times and/or whatever other hax the bey might have. How does this work? And if the bey’s reaction time scales to the user and if the user takes equal damage to the bey by proximity, does that mean someone like Ryuga could beat someone like Naruto without his bey? Or with his bey spinning in the background?

You don't need to be lightspeed to react to Kizaru. YES, Kizaru can move at the speed of light, but what allows strong characters to react to his attacks is the fact that they can predict where his attacks will go and thus dodge them in advance. Basically, even someone from our world would be able to dodge(avoid) a bullet if he could feel where the weapon is aimed and was fast enough to make sure that he is never right in front of the barrel. So you don't need to move as fast as Kizaru to predict his attacks and avoid them. Also while Kizaru can move at the speed of light, that doesn't mean that his own perception is light speed, basically I'm saying that I don't think Kizaru can actively have all of his movements be at the speed of light like some sort of Dragon ball character. Rather, I'd say that the attacks that he shoots out and the attacks where he turns into a beam of light are light speed. That would explain why he needs to use Yata no Kagami where he uses mirrors to bounce himself at different angles in order to get somehere instead of simply running there at the speed of light. Basically he can turn himself or parts of himself into light so that he moves at lightspeed, but that doesn't mean that every time he tries to attack someone or move, that he can do it at the speed of light.

I disagree on Kizaru's perception not being light speed simply because he isn't constantly crashing into things whenever he moves as light so he must clearly be able to react to his own light speed movement because he turns himself into literal light to do it

@@elemomnialpha Actually, no. Think about it. Kizaru also has observation haki, he can use it to figure out if someone is going to be in his way and make sure that he won't crash into something. Also your argument works in my favor. Why would he use Yata no kagami, where he creates reflective surfaces that would change his direction as he is going when he could just run somewhere at light speed? Because just as you said, his perception isn't as fast as his speed and that might also explain why he seems so laid back and takes so long to prepare his attacks, the guy really needs to make the proper calculations in order to properly hit his target. It really makes sense cause all powers get stronger as you learn how to use them, if someone ate Kizaru's fruit he wouldn't just magically be able to do everything he does, the guy had to learn how to properly use his light powers.

1: pre time skip zoro literally evades kumas point blank laser when he is near death, you have to do alot of cope to argue that luffy isnt anyhting other than MFTL+ since even sanjis brother can move at light speed through his light speed sword. the argument for kizaru vs G4 isnt valid when you factor other characters being light speed and the fact that kizarus speed might be a combination of his fruit+ his base physical speed (which would also be around light seing as other characters can reach those speeds with no fruit power) or a haki related buff which would explain kizarus speed being higher than regular kuma lasers.

People also forget that characters can train their devil fruits to be a lot stronger and far more potent than what they show at first.This info is found in the Green Secret Pieces Databook. This means that Kizaru can train his fruit to reach FTL levels. They also seem to forget that Observation is not 100% foolproof. You might be able to predict their attacks, but if you aren't faster than them, you get blitzed. The Boa Sisters had Observation and they still couldn't keep track of Gear 2nd Luffy. Why do people ignore the multiple FTL feats in One Piece? I thought we were done with the downplay.
