That's true. The only purpose I see a portable chip for a rifle would be for target identification. This technology exists in the F-35. A F-35 pilot can see a massive dog fight or tank battle and the target identification will tell the pilot the good guys from the bad guys in real time. For Cable, it could be used for finding a target in a crowd.

This April is too crowded for me. As someone who can't really afford to go to the movies every week, I gave my business to Infinity War - I think it seems like a cinematic event you can't miss. A little worried for the other franchises because I did like Deadpool a lot but the X-Men universe at Fox is too muddled for me to consider getting invested in seriously.

I adore you, but all a bump stock does is extend the stock (the part that goes against your shoulder) 1-3 inches. People think it makes it easier to be concealed, but that would be folding stock not a bumps stock. That's it. The rail is where you attach things like sights and Cable's microchip gadget. As for hoping people don't know about it, every single person in out rather large military, anyone who studies military history, or those who like to go to the range will know about it.
