Thank you Prabhuji. Ocean has so much water and when some more water comes in the ocean does not overflow. In a small puddle it is different. It will overflow. If we are internally like ocean i.e. if we are remembering Krishna internally, we do not need any external material pleasures. On the other hand, if we are internally like a puddle, we will encourage external enjoyment to come in. Therefore, we should make our heart into an ocean

Kama-kami - desirer of desires. Desires come to all, but not all welcome them. Desirer welcomes the desire. We have to make our heart as ocean, so streams of desire come in, the ocean is not overflowed, we’re not disturbed.

if we by practice of sadhana invoke the presence of Krishna within our heart and thereby we are experiencing ocean of happiness within, it frees us from material enjoyment, such person attains peace and gets rid of agitation.
