19 it's a simple question of sequence and series by using !( Factorials you can solve))) I did it in another way but

To solve this equation using a trick : Step 1 - Do the numbering of the small quadrilaterals at the bottom most area of the triangle that would be 1 , 2 , & 3. Step 2 - Add these numbers together that would be 6 as 1+2+3=6. Step 3 - Count the total number of horizontal lines in the triangle that would be 3. Step 4 - Multiply both the outcomes for the answer that would be 6*3 & 6*3 = 18. So there are total 18 triangles Hope that helps 😊😊

26 at least! - Triangles need not be equilateral, triangles can encompass more triangles

Not a single triangle in there is equilateral. What are you talking about? Its 18. First layer has 6, then first two layers together and then the whole thing. 6 in each set so it's 18. I believe your repeating some triangles
