Public comment. It is important to building your immune system and blood count and ph levels to fight against viruses. General hygiene and take necessary precautions daily. Hello. Can these yoga asanas be practised 4 months after c-section delivery? I am suffering from high blood pressure post my delivery. My bp reading is 164/90. Will these asanas help me control my bp? I would like to reverse my high blood pressure and get off medication.

Hi there, yes generally it is safe to practice yoga 2-3 months post c-section. If you don't have any pain/swelling near the scar, you can go ahead.
