Hi sir. I had high BP, my reading was 151/98 in April. After practicing this pranam breading exercise for almost 2 months, my BP has come to normal 120/80. And moreover I feel so relaxed all my anxiety, tension has disappeared. Thank you sir so. Your doing a very good job keep it up 😌🙏

I was taking Bisoprolol for BP/Stress for about 10 years, after shifting job to KSA. Now after 4 months of regular yoga sessions by Saurab, I got this medicine knocked out! Yoga and Pranayam increase nitric oxide in our body, improves endothelial function and results in lowering of BP. 🙏🏻

@@lokalnewz3168keep monitoring your BP at home weekly for 3 months regularly, while continuing pranayams as suggested by Saurabh. Make your habits regular, sleep, food and drinking water. Consult your doctor with xl printout of weekly BP readings. Do as your doctor advices.
