Whole wheat payasam is a traditional healthy dish. This is almost similar toany other payasam, but few conditions should be followed to make a perfect one. Such information is given in the video. Ingredients required are very few such as whole wheat (without bran is best suitable), jaggery and coconut milk, cardamom, cashew nuts. Similarly broken wheat payasam can also be prepared instead of whole wheat.
Ingredients:-
Whole wheat 2 cup (200 grms)
Jaggary 4 cups (400grms)
Thick Coconut milk 3 cup
Thin coconut milk 3 cup
Cashew nuts 75grms
Required water ( used 14 cups)
