Many people want to switch from android to ios. I did the reverse and trust me its alot better. Android is much more intutive and very straight forward with alot of flexibility. Last iphone I had was the 7 and since then have used a Samsung and LG they are far better in everyday normal usage with some quirks. I would say try a phone out in a store before u buy one keeping Yr priorities in mind for your satisfaction.

As a long-time ios user who pretty recently switched to android, I can relate to all of these. Aside from the lost WhatsApp chats, I've managed to bring a few bad habits from my ios days. For example the auto rotate is always on on my galaxy phone, which annoys the hell out of my wife whenever she tries to use my phone 😆😆

Battery can be optimized in android too. Yesterday in installed kerner manager and my screen on time is currently more than 8 and half hours with 120 hz with dual sim and LTE. i can get more than that if a tone down cpu frequency

I am a mobile app developer. I develop app for both Android and iOS. So I have no other option but to be familiar with both platforms. Personally I use Android devices and iOS for only testing purpose. I always find iPhone to be highly frustrating to use. It's overrated. It's like white elephant. Because you have paid such a high price, we don't want to hear or say bad things about it. If you have been a long time Android user and are thinking of switching to iPhone, just make peace with the fact that you will find it highly restricting.

previously I used iphone 12, and though the performance and camera were fantastic, I hated all these stupid restrictions and jhamela to share files, pics, settings toggles, ugly home screen where one can't adjust widget and icons positions at random etc etc. in IOS😑 Felt like even Windows 10 mobile was far better in terms of flexibility. Sadly they are discontinued due to low market share cuz its the microsoft store had limited apps.

Yes now that you mention i can't unnotice it but I believe that one will face these issues only during the initial days when moving to iOS. Using it after a few days and getting used to it I really can't go back to android. iOS feels alot more intuitive and organic and these are just petty issues which one will face only during initial days - keep in mind i use both android and iOS simultaneously

Why are you compromising? You are basically suggesting to tolerate these inadequacies on a premium phone!! File management is a nightmare on iOS/iPAD OS! This is not a petty issue!! Sharing files and interacting with external storage devices is just impossible almost, as it's so unintuitive. Do you realise how we take these features for granted? A 10000 INR Android is more usable in 'REAL WORLD' than an iPhone.

It's only the initial days and one gets used to it same goes for switching from iOS to android. I had a hard time figuring out the android os but eventually got used to it. Both have pros and cons it all depends on which one you like. I prefer a hassle free no nonsense os which is simple to use, the video though very true is just nitpicking and only when you observe under a microscope you observe these

iPhones are designed for absolute basic users who know nothing about using PCs. And their whole experience is controlled by their Lord and Savior - Apple. Wo jo bolenge bilkul waise hi karna hai.
