@@SteveCrafts2k The correct term is gular pouch and several real world animals have them such as pelicans, the loose flappy skin on their lower beaks. Frogs, the skin that blows up and down when a frog croaks as well as other animal Bib Fortunal either has a gular pouch really large tumor or something similar

it could just be genetic variance, Twi-leks seem to be a species that can develop numerous fleshy protrusions on their heads, (Some obese Twi-leks can grow extra lekku-looking growths, though Fortuba didn't, female twi-leks have rounded ear nodules instead of humanoid ears, male twi-leks have protuberant foreheads, Fortuna has the gular sack, and two small protuberances that come off of it, etc.) so Fortuna could just be an example of some population or sub-race of the Twi-leks that has gular sacks, or maybe his lifestyle caused the development of it, like what happened with Orn Free Ta.

@DragonBat362 is not a issue of atittude, he could be more happy go lucky in his elder years...but his voice would not change. Is just totally different. Of course, you can change the narrative and say he akways "acted a fake deeper voice"... but is a bit out of the blue, if you ask me.
