Bhai me 10 minute incline bench press laga ke dost ko lene chala gaya , and fir aake workout Kiya to aise lagta tha ki meri saari arm bhut dhili hogyi hai uper nhi uthai jati thi . Mere trainer ji ne kaha ki tumhare body ko hawa lag gyi hai matlab body thandi garm mix hogyi hai 10 min workout krke hawa me gya tabb .
