I think I was facing the jerk problem... I have noticed that during skull crushers my whole body was moving not only my elbow.. Thanks jeet sir.

Tips to follow :- 1. No jerk with your weight, control the weight 2. Don't over extend your joint 3. No ego lifting 4. Warm-up and stretches:- do stretches

I play cricket plus weight lifting now I'm confused where my pain is coming from on my right arm both inner and outter pain. If I rotate arm hanging down in clock or anti clock rotation it hurts bad also when bowling my elbow swells I can feel swelling on the tip of the join and then can't straighten it.
