Sir this 40-50 min series helped me in pushing my limits.... Earlier by watching 5-8 min video we don't know the real mindset of professional bodybuilder..... Now when I reached to failure then your workout to push 1 rep comes in mind and I attain my target reps. With failure.

Thanks sir.... I always had a doubt whether I am doing right or not... Now I'm happy to know that I was almost right... By the way I add close grip bench press in between in triceps... Can I do that? If I can then after which set? I generally do after warm up set of triceps.

@Yatinder Singh Sir main bahut bara fan hu apka. Apke har ek video dekhta hu aur gharpe thoda thoda paysa banake kuch plates, rods liya hain. but gym pe nehi ja pa raha hu kiyuki mahine ka 2000 charge karte hain. isiliye agar apse thoda tips mil jaye to bahut achha hoga sir. Love from Kolkata
