This barbell and dumbbell arm workout will help you get strong, ripped arms!
This arm workout uses exercises from the SRA6 arm training program.
The Workout
Decline Skull Crushers and Incline EZ Bar Curls Superset 4 x 10
Seated Dumbbell Hammer Curls and Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks Superset 4 x10
Standing Dumbbell Biceps Curls and Standing Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension Superset 4 x10
Dumbbell Skull Crushers and Barbell Curls Superset 4 x 10
Reverse Barbell Curls and Seated Wrist Curls 4 x 10
Only do this workout 2 times per week.
Get 3 days of rest between the days you do this arm workout.
