Bicipital (Biceps) Tendonitis Injection

I was at the orthopedic doctor office and they said they were going to do this injection. She made it sound really scary but this video helped! When she actually did the injection they used a cold spray just before they inserted the needle and I didn’t feel a thing :)

These videos are wonderful. Is there any worry that when you pull back to aspirate that air and bubbles are getting into the solution???
