Biden Admin's Title IX Rule Changes Threaten Privacy for Women and Girls

West Virginia female athlete Adaleia Cross has already experienced the harms that can occur when biological sex is ignored in the law. She was forced to compete against a male athlete who identifies as a female and endure sexual harassment from that student, while the school allowed the male athlete full access to the girls’ locker room and restrooms.
Attorneys general from six states, including Tennessee and West Virginia, filed a lawsuit challenging the Biden administration’s reckless actions. ADF intervened on behalf of Adaleia and the Christian Educators Association International to protect privacy for women and girls.

act like u know the laws in Red States. No girl has any privacy if and when she becomes pregnant. even if she is raped, she must tell the State if she is with fetus, and at that point the enslaved girl must give birth to that fetus, even if the fetus was created from a rape. the Bible does not include any mention of lawyers, because there r no lawyers in the Bible. only atheists allow for the white man's laws of the Constitution to reign over the words of the dark skinned racist moses, that wrote the 10 Cs.
