Great video! What do you recommend for reps and rounds of these exercises?

Hi, Mathias! You can include it into your routine as another set. In what case 10-15 reps should do it over at least 3 rounds. If you willing to train these moves as a workout itself, do as many reps as needed to feel a slight tiredness/ burn in the muscles. Than take a 1min rest and repeat as many times as reasonable :). Enjoy!
