Bicep Workout
1. Straight Barbell Curls - 5 x 15, 12, 10, 8, 6
Last Set - Drop Set - Go to Failure
1. V Bar Pressdowns - 4 x 12, 10, 8, 8
2. Hammer Curls - 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6/12
Last Set - Seth Set
2. Rope Pressdowns - 4 x 15, 12, 12, 10
3. Incline DB Curls (Incline Bench) - 2 x 10
3. Incline DB Curls (Lat Pulldown Bench) - 2 x 10
3. One Arm Over the Head DB Extensions - 4 x 12, 10, 10, 8
4. Cable Curls - 4 x 15, 12, 10, 10
4. One Arm Cable Pressdowns - 4 x 12

i love how Mr. Feroce isn't just a meat head who posts videos like "hey, look at me". Instead, he breaks down his exercises and explains why he does that he does to get the desired result you're looking for. This really helps people like me who are just starting out in weightlifting and don't want look clueless in the gym.

I wouldn't care about how you look in the gym buddy zero fucks given,,,, I see big dudes slinging dumbells that weight 80 to 85lbs amd they're throwing their body into the lift, that's exactly what you don't want to look like if you ask me because they truly look retarded and then flex lmao,,,, start slow work your way up if you can only curl 30lbs then just curl that man

This is a fuckin serious video with loads of great info. Anyone can give out info on arm building...but this guy tells you the little micro details that really makes the difference. Going to watch this video several times. Some real good info here. The real shit.

First, Seth is such a great guy. You give us all great knowledge but also are just an awesome motivation to keep going since most of us can't go to a gym right now. I have barbells and weights, no cables or anything but back in the day, that is all they had. Time to just barbell curl like no other!

High rep calisthenics till failure at home is all you can do for now. You'll feel worse if you're doing nothing and realise how behind you are when you're at the gym.

i think incline curls give me the best pump of any biceps exercise, but i have to say almost all biceps exercises are fun as hell. ez bar curls are preferable to me because my forearms get uncomfortable doing straight bar curls! great video as always brother!

Ever since I stopped doing curls and Tricep Extensions and started rowing more with variations of pull ups and dips with severe time under tension my arms exploded!!
