Great tip with the curls. I'm going to start using a neutral grip. I've had bicep tendonitis for years that tends to flare up from time to time after arm day. Never thought about a neutral position. Love the tips and the wisdom.

Thanks for the tip on the distal tendon. I am have a bit of a strain on the tendon anytime I am contracting on bicep days or back days. I have notice a difference with various grips.

Mike- you go up in weight after each set. Which is more effective- going up in weight & doing less reps? Or down in weight & doing equal or more reps? Cuz essentially you want to expose muscle to longer or more instances under tension, yes? Heavy weight-less reps kinda eliminates that purpose in my opinion. Not to mention, as muscles fatigue, less weight aids in maintaining control, full range of motion, focused & slow movement. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
