Not trained for over a year, due to C-19 and having twins during that time! joined the gym again last week, I got into the best shape ever and was the strongest ive been pre- covid lockdown watching John. Marvellous knowledge and always motivating. Soon be back and better than before watching these videos.

Boys and girls pay attention, this is how a Mr. Olympia trains. Every set seems like its gonna be his last and he's really busting his ass to get the last couple reps. Even Chris Bumstead trains like this, truly amazing to see what goes into being the best in the world at what they do.
