4:39 - anyone who has trained to failure properly will know that feeling of not being able to pull your arms back while hitting a row, that extra work with the partials is invaluable and I have always found provides such a great pump!

Good on Hunter with that trap bar row, I thought he’d get 4 reps max from how the bar was moving, but he just kept going! I know when my bar moves like that the set is gonna be short.

Crazy workout John! I might give this a shot tonight. But geez what a design for that chest supported row. Not a lot of thought went into designing that. Longer handles or unilaterally loaded would probably prevent anyone over destroying it.

Jons the man fouads wicked down to earth too and hunters has the room and structure to get massive and stay symmetrical too......im definitely doing some of those tomorrow on back day killing it i like the drop sets with the bentover rows with the trap bar thats so simple but genious i cant believe me or anyone thought of that before unless im just outta the loop

Interesting to see them doing the dumbbell pull overs with their shoulders not hanging off of the top of the bench. I do these the same way and have had people try to correct me by suggesting that I turn sideways on the bench and essentially hang my shoulders off of the bench. Maybe this suggestion serves another purpose, but it never felt like a safe movement for me.
