This is a great push workout from the new program Creeping Death 2. Today we have with us a special guest IFBB Pro Josh Wade. At the time of this video he was 5 weeks out from the 2018 Mr.Olympia. I know you will love this workout but let me be the first to tell you this is no joke. This push workout is not for beginners and is very very advanced. So give this a try and let me know how you like it.

mountaindog1 hey john, if you were going to do a pull workout the next day, would you still hit rear delts on both days? Or would you do less or no rear delts on push day? I’m natural and don’t want to overtrain. Thanks

There's a video of big rammy doing I think 190s on incline and most impressive part was how he gently brought the dumbbells down to his legs when done. So much more impressive to see someone in control than a person overly loud and dramatic

For me Coach: Best. Video. Ever. Love the A-Team! (Plus cameraman makes 4) For Josh, I envy you, you got an amazing training partner, a Coach who trains alongside with you. And the Coach has his buddy training with him. Wow! Awesome! When Josh was doing the seated version of the cable fly, i was having the same face as he did! But as a mom, i quickly remember pushing my baby out while having the face Josh made, but i end up having red blood spots on my face. Haha! But dear Josh, you really work hard. And me saying this is an understatement. You got this Josh! You got this Coach and other training partner! Watching you all train is an inspiration!!! Love the A-Team!!!! High five from Hong Kong.

Mr John watched one of your videos few months ago and got hooked :) the information you provide is priceless and it’ just makes sence in every aspect or topic you explain & how you explain in detail ! I think I have never seen anyone’s videos with this much passion .. got so many of my gym buddies and offcourse my wife hooked on your information as she’s behind my minor success:) your latest birthday Q&A video was very heart touching hearing your childhood .. i wish you all the success in the world with your supplement company as you deserve it all 👍🏽 Now a question and advice from the best of the best only and when you will be free to answer and you time will be very much appreciated ☝🏽🙌🏽 as u know the situation with corona everywhere ,am training at home with my old legendary rusty bench press machine which has a lat pull over cable aswel and have free weights on the side with dumbells. If you can please advice me on a good p/p/l routine mon wen fri which I can follow .. I have seen all your videos and could come across anything except a video stating full body for beginners and push pull for intermediate as they get advanced!! ATM for example for push am doing chest ( bench press/incline press &flyes) shoulders ( like u adviced rear laterals to start with then sides with military presses and for triceps ( push downs to warm the joints then lying ez curls and finish with lying dumbbell curls ) my apologies for the long messege but advice deserved as much information given by me as I will follow it to the point .. thanks in advance and a litter feed back ( your intra workout eaa is amazinggggg)

Your Creeping Death 2 program is seriously the most awesome program to date from you. It's so damn customizable! Imo, it could even be used by beginners if you adjust the volume accordingly. I've always turned the classic P/P/L into Pull/Push/Legs. Seeing you do that as well fired me up even more! I'm even throwing in athletic-based training (like your NFL stuff) into the mix without having to bastardize the layout. Explosiveness, hypertrophy, strength work... What's not to like. You even included a strongman movement on back days in one of the phases. Good stuff!

John, when the program calls for 4x8 on the progressive overload movement of the day, I thought it meant doing straight sets. So going from 32 total reps with the same weight to 48 total reps. But it seems that here, you guys are ramping up on the dumbbell presses. So is it, say: 95 x 8 (for 4 sets) or: 75 x 8 (increase to 12) 95 x 8 (increase to 12) 105 x 8 (increase to 12 115 x 8 (increase to 12) Both are viable methods, but there is a difference, nonetheless. Thanks in advance!

@@mountaindog1 Cool. Wow, I've been doing straight sets all this time, unless you specifically called for ramping/pyramids (like sets of 6 on the Incline). Oh well, still got a training effect out of it. But will ramp up from now on. . What a time we live in, being able to get in direct touch with your idols - and get an answer within mere moments. However, it's not something I take for granted. Highly appreciate your dedication and loyalty to your fan base. The time it took you to answer me is time you could've spend on family or business instead. So thank you so much for taking the time to reply, John.
