Great video. Where does a guy get one of those hand crank lifts?
@thehonestmechanic Жыл бұрын
I have been asked that question many times. I don't really know because it was gifted to me. I heard it might be a refrigerator lift.... maybe somewhere like princess auto or Stens?? If I find another, I'll be sure to make a video! Thanks for your support!

Thank you for the video. Can you tell me what lift you have for your ATV.
@thehonestmechanic Жыл бұрын
It was a gift from my father in-law. It's not exactly an ATV lift per say. I believe it is commercial refrigerator lift or a palet lift.

Great video. It always makes good content when real life issues happen! I’m curious if you’d be interested in working on a motorcycle.

I would absolutely pay you for your time. I’m looking to have my fork seals done. I tried doing them myself last year but they are still leaking a little. I could remove the forks and bring them to you or bring you the whole bike if you like. I’m just not sure if you’re comfortable doing that sort of thing or even if you have time or not. It was just a thought. My bike is a 2004 Honda Goldwing.

I always love helping others and I'm honored with the request! I haven't serviced front forks in about 10 years! I might do more harm then good....lol

Does anybody know where the serial number for the rear diff is on the 1998 big bear 350 4wd? I have ordered the All Balls Racing rear diff seal and bearing kit from Partzilla and it has the wrong bearing. I sent it back and they sent another and it still has the wrong bearing. I talked to someone at All Balls Racing and he says that it is the right bearing. He thinks that the previous owner replaced the rear diff with one from different model. I don't think so because when I bought it, it was only 5-6years old so I don't think it was. I am trying to get in touch with the guy I bought it from but that was 18 years ago. I found on the Yamaha website what the serial number is for the rear diff but not where the serial number is. I can't see, I am going to try to clean it up some more and see if I can find it but any help would be appreciated.
