In this country you are innocent until proven guilty. If he poached this buck AND they prove it and convict him I say throw the book at him. If he did not poach it and these charges turn out to be unfounded then shame on the Ohio DNC. It seems every time a hunter kills a giant buck like this the first thing that happens is people start running their mouth about "poaching" without having any of the facts. Give the guy a break until all the facts are out.

I just have a problem with the "court of public opinion" convicting ANYONE before the facts are known and there is due process. The woods had been hunted before, but maybe not by him. I know he said his father killed a good buck on the same property.
